The Los Alamos Foundation, based on the principle "think global, act local" (Think Globally and Act Locally) focuses its activities in the Ricote Valley, Murcia, comprising around 8 villages with about 40 schools , with 1,200 teachers. This allows students to convey the wide between 13 and 19 years, the principles that encourage the Association.

Thus, we can act on important issues such as drug addiction, domestic violence, planning for sustainable development for the region, with the problems of water and desertification; integration of people with disabilities and immigrants, etc..
